With our Architextures Art Gallery, our mission continues and we are keeping all of the Promises Project Pen vs Sword magazine content as image rich as we can. We try to embrace the synergy of the digital and analogue and we also try and take flight in this ever-evolving space. Basically, we love making art and we love sharing it too.

As it’s a whole new way of listening to the Architextures mix series with Francesca (check out episodes) we’ve tried bringing something different to the table too. In tandem with our re-OpenLab ‘Architextures’ music series, we look at the different art movements that go along with each mix.

So, here is the Promises Project Architextures Gallery, we’ve created 20 or so original and exclusive artworks to accompany the first four Architextures mixes.

Each Art and Soul article that accompanies each mix has been interpreted by us with unique images, blending each art movements aesthetics with the themes of the music. These images are from Architextures Episodes 1 – 4.

Francesca’s Architextures Concept and Theme

The concept of Architextures is rooted in the idea of music as a form of architecture. Just as an architect designs buildings with careful attention to detail, balance, and harmony, Francesca approaches her show with a similar ethos.
